Terms and Conditions – 777cx Pakistan

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 777cx platform at 777cx.site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register an account or place any bets on 777cx.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 777cx. They apply to all registered players on the platform, regardless of how you access 777cx – whether through a web browser on a desktop, through a mobile browser or through any other compatible interface.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 777cx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with the platform.

To open and use a 777cx account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777cx does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of 777cx or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 777cx or another gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

If 777cx discovers at any point that an ineligible person has opened an account, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used. Any winnings accrued in the account will be forfeited.

Each person may only hold one registered account on 777cx. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using a different identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password and accurate personal details. Your mobile number is used for OTP verification during withdrawal requests and for account security purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including people you trust.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 777cx support immediately via live chat.
• 777cx is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 777cx promptly if your registered mobile number changes to avoid disruption to OTP-based security processes.

777cx reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

777cx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. No other payment methods are currently supported.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum deposit limits for other methods are stated at the point of transaction in your account dashboard. The maximum deposit limits per transaction are set by both 777cx and the individual payment provider and are subject to change.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• 777cx does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet are outside 777cx's control.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your 777cx balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one hour depending on your bank.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference before attempting to deposit again.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 777cx is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and must match the name on your 777cx account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete.
• Any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your balance must have been fully met.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.
• The OTP sent to your registered mobile number must be confirmed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 to 15 minutes in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 1 to 4 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals can take 1 to 3 business days depending on your card-issuing bank.

777cx reserves the right to carry out enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may add a short delay but is a standard safeguard that protects all players on the platform.

777cx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to the welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses and jackpot competitions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 777cx promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device and per payment account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 777cx reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any changes that affect their active bonus.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated wagering across accounts, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer or deliberately low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

All games available on 777cx use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcomes of slot games, table games and virtual sports are determined by this RNG and cannot be influenced by 777cx, the player or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777cx:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or tool to automate betting or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or bugs. If you identify a technical issue that appears to offer an advantage, you are obligated to report it to 777cx support immediately. Exploiting such an error knowingly will result in winnings being voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any game where collusion could affect outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its servers.

777cx monitors all gameplay for patterns that may indicate rule violations. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules will be suspended and winnings from the relevant period may be voided. 777cx's decision in these matters is final.

The 777cx referral programme allows registered players to earn a cash bonus by referring new players to the platform. The current bonus amount per successful referral is stated on the Refer a Friend page and is subject to change at 777cx's discretion.

A referral is considered successful when the referred person registers a new 777cx account using the referrer's unique link and completes their first deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The referred person must be a genuinely new 777cx user. Self-referrals using different contact details are prohibited.
• Each mobile number and device may only be registered as a new referral once.
• Bulk or automated referral submissions are prohibited. 777cx monitors referral patterns for evidence of artificial inflation.
• Referral bonuses are credited as real cash to your 777cx balance once the referred player's first deposit is confirmed.
• 777cx reserves the right to withhold or reclaim referral bonuses if a linked account is subsequently found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, genuine deposits may be returned once the investigation is complete and no rules violations are confirmed. Winnings accrued during a period of rules violation may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 777cx support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit payment method following standard verification checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your 777cx account balance at the time the liability arises.

777cx is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by disruptions to internet service, mobile network outages or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits 777cx's liability for fraud, personal injury or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777cx may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or by a notice displayed when they next log in. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
